longer supported in Debian. The game is still playable with the
keyboard.
Also, if a joystick is detected, then it will be used instead of the
keyboard for pitch, bank and (if there are enough joystick axes)
throttle controls. The joystick will not appear in SAR's
configuration menu (we need to fix this still).
SAR used to use libY2 for sound support. It should now use SDL's
audio support.
