can be given to an EMBOSS application.

Do not create this object directly. It will be created and attached to
its corresponding Bio::Tools::Run::EMBOSSApplication if you set

  $application->acd

to retrive the Bio::Tools::Run::EMBOSSApplication::EMBOSSacd object.
