<p>The RT-CORBA specifications mandate that the implementation provide a
mechanism to set up some of its internals.

<p>The package <code>PolyORB.RTCORBA_P.Setup</code> provides an API to set up
the <code>PriorityMapping</code> and <code>PriorityTransform</code> objects.
