<p>The QMQP protocol module implements the <a
href="http://cr.yp.to/proto/qmqp.html">Quick Mail Queueing Protocol</a>
created by <a href="http://cr.yp.to/djb.html">D. J. Bernstein</a>, the
creator of <a href="http://qmail.org/">qmail</a>. The protocol is
designed for the specific situation where one system (without a mail
queue) sends its mail to another system for queueing (distinct from
relaying).</p>
