This user mode is used to propagate users' away status between
servers.
* added channel mode +e (exceptions to bans).
* added channel mode +I (invitations).
* invites can now be used to override channel bans and limit.
* banned users cannot speak on channel without +o/+v.
* ! channels introduced (can't be collided);
