Reckdahl, and the French translation was done by Jean-Pierre Drucbert,
with some modifications and additions.
In particular, there is an \ifguide switch in this version, as the
document is also used as part of a local guide at Jean-Pierre's
institution.
Both the original document and this translation are available under the
GNU General Public License, version 2 or (at your option), any later
version.
